100 DAY RETURNS

Jewellery that is not customised and not used, can be returned anytime within 100 days from the date the order is placed.

Custom jewellery

Customised jewellery pieces cannot be returned as these have been specifically crafted to your requirement. A custom design, an engraving, a birthstone or a re-sized ring is considered as ‘custom jewellery’ and hence cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

Used jewellery

Please note that we do not accept returns for used jewellery.

Jewellery returned for an exchange or refund should be unused, in brand new condition and with the original packaging supplied. We recommend using a reliable tracking postal/courier service for returning or resizing any jewellery piece, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
